The Glock patents were first applied for in 1981, making 2021 the 40th anniversary of the Glock pistol. This class features the most popular handgun in the world and show the students on Glock series of pistols. Specific drills and courses of fire are demonstrated and practiced to allow the shooter to understand what shooting a Glock is all about. A unique part of this course involves a classroom portion on the second day. In this course portion, the students will learn about detailed disassembly, troubleshooting, recommended and not recommended modifications, and a detailed inspection of each students Pistol. This will give students the knowledge and skills needed to identify and diagnose problems with their Glock. Time permitting, a return to the range to reinforce what was taught wraps up this intensive Glock learning experience. This class is a must for anyone who wants to run a Glock properly. Additionally, Larry will make himself available to any student during class breaks and after class to answer individual questions on his/her weapons, equipment, gear set up, etc.
NOTE: Typical round count for a day course is between 750-1000 rounds. However, due to the current ammunition shortage and cost conditions, the instructor will tailor courses of fire for the individual students who may wish to conserve ammo or have a shortage of ammo.
